Becar Asset Management: Performers have already completed 1 million tasks on the Kaizen IT platform

The Kaizen IT platform, created to manage mobile employees and automate service processes in real estate, retail, IT, FM and PM, has passed a milestone, according to the press office of Becar Asset Management. Executives have already done 1 million tasks on the platform. Tellingly, the cherished sixth zero on the virtual counter appeared in the first decade of May, when the entire country was officially on vacation.

In less than two years since its launch, the innovative Kaizen FM IT platform that was created as "FM-only system" has evolved into a complete multi-module product that began to be used in retail, utilities, and even high-tech data centres. Today, around 280 facilities and more than 1,800 performers are interconnected in the system. Thousands of applications run through Kaizen every day. It does not matter whether it is a weekday, a weekend or simply an off day. At the beginning of May, the psychological threshold of one million processed applications was reached.

Roman Blonov, Director of Development at PropTech Miran: "We are pleased to announce this historic moment. It is symbolic that it happened exactly on the days that have been declared off, but not for artificial intelligence. All applications are processed by it around the clock and distributed to thousands of contractors, both our own and self-employed contractors. We predict that by early next year the volume of tasks completed through our Kaizen FM IT aggregator will have doubled."

The Kaizen platform includes many modules, of which the three main ones are passporting, helpdesk (application processing) and an intelligent reporting and analytics module. Together, these are combined with a user-friendly list of tools that enable the customer to submit requests in two clicks, track tasks in real time from any of their devices, evaluate work and confirm completion.
