The first Best Western boutique-hotel opened in Moscow

The first capital's boutique hotel managed by Best Western Hotels & Resorts opened on Malye Kamenshchiki Street, 16. The four-star 82-room hotel called Vertical Boutique is located a 5-minute walk from Taganskaya metro station and less than 3 km from Red Square.

This loft-style hotel with compact rooms ranging from 12 to 16 square meters in size is housed in a historical building constructed in 1908 and has already welcomed its first guests. Parking and a 24-hour reception are available, as well as a restaurant and a special sitting area on the top floor. It is possible to live in the hotel with pets.

The project is a debut for Becar Asset Management company on Moscow hotel real estate market. Its peculiarity is that the hotel works in condo-format which implies selling of rooms to private investors. Price range is 480-530 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m.

The number of own investments of Becar Asset Management in the project realization was 500 mln. No credit funds have been raised.

We should remind that this year six new hotels for 547 rooms have appeared in Moscow.
