Becar FM entered «Aventura»

The management company Becar FM and Leto Properties have signed an agreement for the technical operation and maintenance of the Aventura shopping mall in Severnoye Chertanovo. The 30,000 sq. m. facility was built in 2011.

In Q4 2024, a comprehensive rebranding of the mall was completed. As a result, a new pool of tenants was attracted, including sports centers, cafés, home goods stores, electronics stores, and more.

Consequently, Aventura’s foot traffic significantly increased from 9,000 visitors per day to 12,500 visitors.

Under the agreement, Becar FM is responsible for the comprehensive technical and service maintenance of Aventura’s engineering systems and communications.
