Becar FM will service the "Iyun" shopping center.
The 175,000 sq. m facility was built in 2012 and is one of the largest in the portfolio of the management company «Sampa».
The management company Becar Facility Management and the management company «Sampa» have signed an agreement for the technical operation and maintenance of the «Iyun» shopping and entertainment center in the Moscow suburb of Mytishchi, according to the company's press service.
The multifunctional shopping center «Iyun» was built in 2012 at the intersection of Mira Street and Borisovka Street. The architectural concept of the complex was developed by the British firm Chapman Taylor. The mall’s interiors are designed in the style of four world capitals: London, Paris, Rome, and Berlin. «Iyun» became the first super-regional shopping center in Mytishchi, with several hundred thousand people living within walking distance.
The three floors of the «Iyun» shopping center house stores of leading retailers, leisure and entertainment operators, including «O’Key», Hoff, «M.Video», «Sportmaster», «Detsky Mir», the Joki Joya entertainment center, Mori Cinema, the year-round «Galaktika» ice rink, the DDX fitness club, and more. The mall also features an open-air parking lot with 3,500 spaces, as well as two levels of underground parking.
